The well-known British top entrepreneur Richard Branson has a good reason for saying “Clients don’t come first, employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients”. What does Employee Experience involve? And what can it result in? Employees that are happy, feel comfortable in their own skins and are given the space to develop, function at their best. Organizations are more successful when they actively work for their employees’ work. It is therefore vital to create a positive employee experience.   Employers who give employee experience importance, pay close attention to meaningful work, employee involvement and a good balance between work and home life. Other examples include a pleasant workplace and access to technical tools that aid you in your work. There is also an important role for the manager who needs to create an open culture that provides space, both for enjoyment and for the development of the employee. Employees must want to and be willing to know how their efforts contribute to the greater whole. Also to be open to unexpected possibilities and go to work with pleasure at all times and return home at the end of the day feeling satisfied.
