Frank has now mentored two change processes at Gunnebo. His contribution has had a huge influence on the success of the changes, and with that the success of the company. Frank combines commitment, emotion and human insight in an inspiring way. In doing so, he not only gives the employees new insights, but also gets them moving in order to actually change. Humorously, with practical tips and definitely aimed at the goal of the process, he can be committed, confrontational and inviting. Frank creates motion, action, invites or gives a nudge to get out of the “comfort zone”. At all times, from a basic attitude of treating people respectfully and allowing them their dignity. Collaborating with Frank gives energy. Positive energy that, as a Dutch manufacturing company in the metal sector, we need in order to achieve continuity.
